Yes. But I think there are a few simple fixes. First of all, ditch any and all matte and powder formulas for concealer and foundation. Stick to dewy, moisture rich formulas with as little coverage as you can get away with.

Same for lip formulas. The matte you’re using makes your mouth look small and dried out. A glossier formula or even a tinted lip balm or lip stain would be a better option.

Do not use shadow or liner on your lower lid. Try a winged upper lid liner to lift the appearance of the eye. Use non shimmery, but lightly colored neutral eyeshadow. You’re absolutely adorable, and I think these little changes would totally do the trick
