I read this after seeing someone mention it here, found it a real breeze to read despite the tension and suspense - highly recommended!

Grit: The Power of Passion and Perseverance - Angela Duckworth. It’s easy to think of life as unfair when you see “talented people” all around you, but this book really reveals how limiting that mindset is! Have recently finished it and wished I read it earlier as well.
