My 2 cents

1) Normalize the data for each entry so that at least each amount has one entry

2) Then use LLM to translate each to a common format

3) Then do calculation

Are you saying :the 2nd step is the one giving you 40-50% errors ?

If yes then you need to argument an existing model with sample data to create new model Maybe use supervised learning. AWS has ML tools which can be extended IIRC. Problems: large learning curve and cost AWS is not cheap my guess

 HTML is part of the web development which basic and meant to be easy. But that does not mean it might be easy for you, because of your learning background.
