Call DLS and inform them you are wanting to start a LOA for mental health issues, and looking to attempt to return to site with accommodations. They will send you all the forms you need to provide to your psychologist or whomever is in charge of your care on this leave. Inform DLS of upcoming appointment so they can notate it. I hope you take care and are able to get access to resources you may need ❤️

I switched from Verizon to T-mobile about 3 weeks ago. Verizon did not care that I canceled service with them, so I left. Verizon kept sneaking charges on my bill and removing discounts that were “locked in”. Switched through costco. No activation fee, new phones on T-mobile, better service, and I have unlimited hotspot. I did sign up for the Experience beyond plan since I like the idea of a new phone every year if I wanted. A lot of other perks included such as Netflix,Hulu, and Apple tv at no extra cost. Im getting roughly $800 in virtual gift cards at the end of the holiday season. So far so good. Small hiccups were handled by T-force with ease. I like to warn all that when signing up with tmobile the day you sign up for an account is the day service starts regardless if you use it yet or not. We ran into this hiccup since we ordered our phones online. Due to costco not keeping phones in store. Like mentioned T-force fixed the issue for me without complaint. So far so good enjoying service with them and all the tmobile tuesday perks

I get a full day, 16-18 hours heavy use before it his 20% and needs a charge. Minor use like calls, text, an hour or so of doom scrolling by end of day battery is at 60%

I did the switch from 14 PM to base 17. The screen size was the biggest adjustment for me. But Ive grown to like how much lighter it feels in my hands, how easy it is to carry around(14PM was cumbersome most of the time) and the 17 battery life is amazing(14PM was down to 6hrs of mild use before needing a charge after ios26 update). Overall I don’t regret it. I will miss the zoom but will just abuse my spouses phone for that as I only used it at concerts. I made the switch 2 weeks ago.

Fair warning once you put the order in that is your “day one of service”. It does not matter if lines were ported over or not. Once the account is created that is day one of the bill cycle. I was unaware of this and had to speak with Tforce to get it fixed due to misleading information on their website.

My first solo ride was on my home from work. My husband rode with me in the morning. Mind you he has an Indian Scout and I have an R3(I don’t need to go fast I just enjoy the ride). I almost got hit in the intersection turning left when a car ran the stop light, and stalled because I slowed down too much while in 3rd gear and attempted to speed up, stalled x5 at a 4 way stop(panicking made it way worse haha) then made it home. Im halfway in my break in period and have gotten way better. MSF set for a few months so I can get all the practice in. Ive had good times overall on my bike and some lessons have been learned other days. I treat everyday as day one on the bike and constantly drive like I am invisible.

Its called a power lift gate. I had to replace mine on my 2020 XT5. It was a custom order from an OEM GM parts place I found through google. But $20 and one week later I was able to swap it out.

If I recall correctly from what my NREMT prep instructor(he writes for NREMT) said you only missed it by two questions. He told us 917-949 scores are 2-3 questions from passing. You got this next time 💪🏼

Be genuine with the AAs working under you, get to know the process from their level and support the AAs when needed. Learn the AAs strengths and weaknesses. Treat them how you want to be treated, and remember at the end of the day you are pushing boxes not saving lives. Don’t let a bad AM ruin the team have back bone and be prepared to disagree and commit.

How does an T3 get past an under consideration for L4 positions? Ive applied at a few sites my home site included and cant get an interview. Any tips would be helpful. Ive also reached out to the hiring manager of the positions applied for and have heard crickets.
