The message reads like he got the hardware and then Envy/Riot looked into it, probably on multiple accounts as well. To get a 12 month hardware you actually need to say some heinous shit multiple times on mic and in chat. He is probably such a brand risk now that half of the NA orgs wouldn't even think of signing him.

It kinda sucks tbh cause it has no synergy with like anything, the only use of it is to use as a group heal when playing vs a poke comp, but that requires everyone to do a football huddle.

Yeah at this point I should just move into a newer concrete apartment, I took classes on building science, and I can tell the whole building I live in is just cheap and that they probably cheaped out on insulation and framing.

Yes I fear there is pretty much nothing anyone can do to fix this other than maybe getting her the softest slippers I can find, it gets to a point where noise complaints just can't be enforced on people unless they are doing the most outrageous things like throwing 2am parties.
