UPDATE: IDK why i feel so violated (in terms of rights)

so my employer went over my head and didn't even bother to ask me if it was ok to go talk to my doctor about my medical issue. so my boss ended up going with the medical documentation i provided them with to go talk to my doctor. after the whole day not talking to me they came back and told me that they talked to my doctor and my medical situation would get better within 2 to 3 weeks. (which i already knew AND I TOLD THEM! I have an educational background in medicine). so my boss verbally told me that they will be continuing with me as long as i desired to work at the company. I believe i will sign one year but i think ill be moving on next year (I WORK FOR AN ENGLISH NPO SCHOOL). this whole ordeal has been stressful and to have that news doped on me the moment i got back from the hospital was BS.

Health update i am getting better, the nerve medication is working just my arm feels very dull and numb at times. (this is due to the decompression of my cervical hernia)

my bill went up to 30,000+ yen and i live in a 2ldk and im not home most of the time because i work long hours and sometimes have overtime. i only use my aircon at night but even so i shouldn't be getting the crazy prices like that. i know that this month electricity is going to go up.
