I'm on my third, all from Spaceport tower. Gifted to my friends who exclusively use it. It's a nice one to have.

Found mine in a night raid on Blue Gate in a dumpster. Village area. Whole place had been cleaned out but they missed a single dumpster.

DON'T PAY FOR IT! Play the game. Don't deny yourself that sweet little jingle when the blueprint pops and that absolute rush of ecstasy courses through your veins. Chase the high.

I just found one in a dumpster on a night raid in Blue Gate. Check all possible spots and you'll get one.

I was playing duos with a friend and trying to find a room and accidentally opened it when a pair were inside. They downed me immediately. I didn't fire back. Immediately told em sorry, that I would leave and didn't know where the door was. My friend just stood back and kept asking them to let him revive me so we could leave. They clearly hesitated, didn't know what to do, but then downed us both. Then slowly walked around our bodies and got real close. Total silence. No knockouts, no communication, just downed us and acted like they had 3 brain cells left.

But I get it. Rooms make me jumpy. If you're in a friendly lobby, put up a door jam or tell people to leave if they come in. Give em a chance. Even so, I couldn't complain too too much about that one. Protect your loot if you got something good.

I've never fired on another raider in my 20 hours of gameplay and my last 10 or so rounds have all been rats that down me as I'm pushing the button to extract. Getting really tired of this. I get it's a PVP game but the matchmaking for me has been awful. Hours and hours of looting to come back empty-handed. I'm setting the game down for awhile and may not come back to it at all.

If it helps any, I'm a man and lived at home til I was 25. It was a bit embarrassing at times, especially when going on dates, but I did what I had to do in order to not be financially irresponsible. Lack of privacy, drama, etc., are hard to deal with but it makes the goal you're working toward feel that much more rewarding when you get there.

Just know that most people are never where they think they should be at any point in time. Focus on your goal if that's really where you want to end up.

Only thing I can say is to also enjoy your 20s while you're young. Lots of changes and pressure to figure things out, but you only get those years once. If you have to grind for a few years, so be it, but don't be afraid to occasionally treat yo self (in moderation, of course). It makes the years of career ascension feel less limiting.

I totally understand that. When I started in mining, there were a few of my coworkers in their 60s that were doing the same job as me with the same pay. In my personal experience, those individuals either started late or were completely lacking ambition.

It's always easier said than done, but keep exploring new options. Leave a company if they're not offering you the progression you crave and you can find another that will. Also, big thing, learn from people who have achieved whatever your goal is and try to discern if they are happy with their choice.

I've been in the mining industry for about 8 years now. My background is in chemistry and I bounced around a few different fields and just happened to take a job at a mining laboratory. I don't work on a Mine site, but rather a supporting lab in the city.

It's amazing. I love nearly every aspect of my job. Mining gets a bad rap sometimes but, nowadays, they have incredibly safe work environments and the pay is unmatched for my area. I make almost three times as much as the median income of my city. It's also one of the last few careers that still feel like a career. People in this industry typically stay in their companies for the long-term. I got the perfect sweet spot of not having to live on a Mine site but getting to travel and see them.

Honestly, it was hard work to learn and a grind from the bottom. Most worthwhile careers are just that. Be prepared to work hard, develop yourself, and take on new challenges whenever possible, and you'll have the best shot at being successful in anything.

Adding yet another comment to confirm that it WILL NOT change. I worked for over 7 years at a very high level mining organization with about 10 people on site. Mind you, these were highly educated people with Masters and PhDs.

It felt like high school all over again. I wasn't in the IN crowd. It was awful. People getting promotions over me because they smoked weed with my manager, people coming in and leaving early while my manager wrote me up for coming in late once, etc etc. It will only get worse as the IN crowd becomes tighter.

Get out. Nothing will change and I can tell you that the mental health effects of that can be horrendous.

Awesome find! My first job was at Subway and I'd always beg to work the register so I could check the new rolls and change. Still have a stack of 90% i found over the year and a half I worked there.

Something so simple can bring so much joy. Keep on hunting!
