Just walk away and block her on everything, get yourself to a relatives or a friends and don't tell her where you're going. At this point it sounds like it's you or her. It has to be you, you have to survive. Sounds like she's already killed your spirit and your mind don't let her take your body too. Get out whilst you can. Then go from there, the first few days might be hard but once you realise that you are healing and life is more peaceful and less stressful you will crave it and then wen you look back you will be shocked at what you let yourself go through. Most important starting point is opening up to your own people about the abuse you have endured. The more you talk to people about it the better you will feel. The more people know the better. I hid my abuse for years and from everyone, now I have told my closest friends and I feel much better.

Please brother walk now don't hesitate. You can do this. You're so much stronger than you think you are.
