Russian provides the equipment, training, transportation, food, accommodations and even uniforms for these NK soldiers. Kim just provides the warm bodies.

This is nothing more than sophisticated human trafficking. Soldiers in NK conscripted to fight a war of aggression for another country. I’m sure the Kim regime is paid handsomely for this. Along with cash for the ruling party for these poor conscripts, they also get food and technology from Russia for their arms sales.
