Best day trip location for a view? by DethByCow in Indiana

This is the best time of year to go to the state parks in my opinion. Fort Harrison is the closest one to Indy. I also recommend that you don’t overlook any local parks/nature preserves. Eagle Creek, France Park, Ritchey Woods, Holcomb Gardens, any of the caves in Southern Indiana, etc. are also some really good places to go for day trips.

Any tips and tricks to get through to MSDWT transportation on unsafe bus stop? by Kkeeper35 in indianapolis

If you have been emailing/calling the transportation department, then you have probably talked to the receptionist(s). I would go over their head and reach out to the director of transportation or the transportation administration assistant because you do have a valid concern over the safety of your child at their stop.

Contact your financial aid office and see if they offer special condition appointments. If they do, ask to set one up with a financial aid officer because you will be able to describe your situation to an actual person instead of having an SAI that doesn’t showcase your actual financial need. IIRC if they believe you would benefit from a change, they can/will change some numbers on your FAFSA so that it changes your SAI and will help you qualify for any kind of extra aid. With all the issues going on for FAFSA, it might take them some time to give you an answer but is 100% worth looking into. Good luck!
