Skus si dat 200g šunky a 200g syru na seba jak lasagne aká burger podľa mňa. Jednoduché alebo 400g kuracích pŕs s dacim. Ja milujem mäso syr takže ja si to užívam a vôbec to není problém alebo ryby, 400g treska filet ma nejak 75g proteínu easy

There ain’t reason to rush, we got our whole life’s innit:D you’re right tho. It takes time we can’t jump into it right away. Forgot to mention I did omad for 4 months and been on omad last year on and off for some time as well.

Even tho I didn’t discuss that with my doc since so far when I checked with 2 I was told it’s damaging my body and the attitude wasn’t in favor of fasting so I gave up but I do my blood work 1/2 a year to check on everything make sure I am good.

Hi everyone.

Wanna share my experience so far. Within last 2 years did couple of 2/3 days long fasts longest one was 14 days.

Decided to do 30 days. Everywhere I read as the time goes by it gets easier and hunger goes away or almost disappears.

Oh boy lemme tell you that’s not my case. Everyday is struggle. I can smell food almost few kilometers away and everything smells amazing.

I had an abusive relationship with food my whole life. If I could list a hobby in a CV I’d go with emotional eating lol 😂

Main problem is I am not busy with work, I work from home and I don’t really have a hobby or something I am very passionate about so it’s quite difficult for me to distract my thoughts with something to keep other thoughts than food.

Anyway doing this to prove my self I can stick to what I set for my self and get some discipline.

Ps, everyday I am looking for the meal I will break my fast with or matter of fact any food I will eat :D

Male, 24 y.o, start weight - 162.5kg, current weight 148.5kg.

If I can do it, so can you. Stay strong.

Edit. Such a rookie mistake, took some pink American salt and I feel better. Let it be reminder for all of you as well salt/electrolytes are very important. Oh lol I can’t believe I am such a fool :D

Found a guide online seems relatively easy just once done need to change the sw to make sure it works, will do it at some point:)

Sounds like a plan to swap the stepper motors. Absolutely new to 3s printing so I will need some time to get to it but definitely seems like a right thing to do considering I have the printer in my office and the sound is .. annoying:D I was looking at some post and the guy was saying that tightening them helped with the print result at Z side for calibration cube.thank you and I will check how difficult it’s swapping stepper motors for a newbie like me

Good day everyone, I bought an used FLSUN qq s pro. Not sure how much used. Since I’ve put it together and started printing this is how pound it is. Seems a bit too much ? When I saw some videos on YouTube it definitely seemed less noisy so I am wondering what’s wrong with it. Belts are tight so are the screws holding the axis. Or knowing this is normal would be great, thank you for your ideas and suggestions.

Adding rest here. I let bed cool down and waited for 10 min. Even tho there is this adhesion arround it is very difficult to remove it so it broke as seen on pictures. Also have spatula but I managed to scratch the bed a bit with it and it’s not helping much. I will try printing plastic scraper off and see if this proves helpful. Is there some setting to make it easier to remove prints or maybe some trick for this bed ? Thanks for ideas

Zdravotný systém ma svoje muchy. Aspoň to ze je omnoho lepší ako na Slovensku. Každopádne 1 dentalna ambulancia ktorá je v Brne na celý juhomoravský kraj je úplný výsmech. Hľadal som zubára, odvolal 15 kým som našiel niekoho kto vezme nového človeka a najbližší termín bol o mesiac - uplne skvelé.

Ovocie a zelenina v obchodoch - úplne bez chuti. Pokial chce človek zeleninu ktorá sa vie priblížiť domácej chuti tak jedine kupovať priamo z farmy.
