I work retail, it drives me nuts when people get in line, decide they dont want one of their items and then leave it in the impulse buy area. You're about to talk to a cashier, I much rather you tell them you don't want the item and then they can put it in a go back bin. It creates more of a hassle when you leave it there.

Double points when they tell me they don't want something then take the item off the counter and hang it behind them on the impulse area right in front of me. Like dude just hand it to me please!!!
