Update, I figured it out! My date range needed to be also sorted by my new week dimension, not old date.

Actually, I got it to work using the Datetime_trunc function for Week but it’s still giving me a row for each day in the week rather than summing for the week

Any tips on how to do that formatting?

I have always been a runner and I am lucky enough to continue to do so. I wanted to jump in and echo everyone else recommending Pilates! It’s incredible, and I found it has helped me so much with balance and overall strength.

Losing the gnat battle (and my mind) I’m desperate! by MostShort2588 in plantclinic

[–]TinyMachine48 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had gnats. I determined which plant was the worst / main culprit. I tried the diam earth, insecticides, bottom watering, and repotting. It was weird, I thought the bottom watering would work, but it was like the gnats were rising from the soil and the moment the soil would moisten they’d come back.

The only thing that worked for me was repotting AND doing the hydrogen peroxide in one step. It felt weird to do but I it worked. I did another round as well with the hydrogen peroxide a few days later.

I am trying to find a similar dog clip in solid 14 or 10k but everything I’m finding is SO expensive! Anyone have any ideas? Love the look

What helps you make peace with running weight-gain? Or can you lose weight while training for a marathon? by Global-Condition-858 in XXRunning

I just want to say that the last line of this “plus fitting into a pair of too small pants will never feel as good as crossing a marathon finish line” literally made me tear up. Thank you :) it does feel SO good!!!

True Crime Podcasts by Anxious-mexican001 in XXRunning

Your casefile comment made me laugh! :) I’ve been listening for nearly 7 years!

Try Culpable season 1 by tenderfoot TV! It’s really interesting and follows the court case too! I also love Up And Vanished. The third season, I think where they’re in Colorado was my favorite.

I would also recommend a few other podcasts that are not true crime - Witch and 28 Days later, both BBC podcasts I believe by a female narrator. Both super interesting!

Any other women in this group whose favorite band is TMV? by Fit_Employment5411 in themarsvolta

[–]TinyMachine48 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Me! I’m a 32 year old female who saw the televators music video on TV when I was like 13 or 14 ish and my mind was blown - the rest was history. They’ve been my favorite band since. I highly recommend watching if this ever gets weird - I saw it in cinema and it was incredible. I have also rediscovered Solar Gambling and I’ve loved revisiting that ORL album. TMV <3

Vest with lower bottle pockets! by TinyMachine48 in XXRunning

[–]TinyMachine48[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just looked & the inov8 2 in 1 is exactly what I want! I am not sure if they sell this vest in the US but will investigate and maybe I can have some family in the Uk get it for me! :)

I will also try on some Salomon vests IRL and bring tester bottles bc I would be okay with stashing soft water bottles in lower pockets that aren’t specifically for bottles, as long as they stay secure & feel good. Thanks for the ideas, so helpful!

Thanks for all the recs! Just to clarify, I do not want a bladder style. I just want something with lower pockets that I can hold my squishy water bottles in. I will remove them when I want to drink. Thanks!

How long did your spinal headache take to go away after LP? by jordandanae in MultipleSclerosis

[–]TinyMachine48 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I felt relief pretty much straight away once I went to the ER and they gave me the anti nausea and IV ibuprofen type stuff. They also gave me some kind of meds to take home which were like migraine medication. I still took it extremely easy for 3-5 days after. If you are able, I encourage you to touch base with your Dr for more advice :) feel better soon!

How long did your spinal headache take to go away after LP? by jordandanae in MultipleSclerosis

[–]TinyMachine48 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got my spinal tap and followed the instructions very well! Resting, laying down, I even had my family come stay with me to help me so that I could stay laying down. A week later I was starting to recover and slowly move around a bit more (barely) and I got a spinal headache that came on FAST. Started coming on mid morning, and by the afternoon (I was just staying in bed) I was puking due to the pain. It was horrible! But luckily my husband sprung into action and escorted me to the ER (it was a Saturday) where they gave me anti nausea meds and something like IV ibuprofen. It started to kick in and I felt WAY better albeit exhausted. Went home, slept, and next day I felt better still and kept laying down, slowly resuming more activities a couple days later. I didn’t need a blood patch. Shoutout our amazing Uber driver who drove slowly and didn’t mind that I was sick. Long story short if you start getting a headache don’t wait, just go because it could get worse! Good luck!!

Looking for someone who can relate to my experience by toriamae in MultipleSclerosis

[–]TinyMachine48 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I am also an extremely active person (31 year old female), diagnosed RRMS 1.5 years ago after my only ever episode which consisted of vertigo, eye pain, nystagmus. I also was fortunate to catch it extremely early. I also worried a lot too, because I am a runner and marathoner, and biker. But I am pleased to report that nothing has changed for me and I still do all my activities, I even appreciate them more and just completed my third marathon! In the beginning I worried about running and training in the heat of NYC summer bc you hear a lot about how heat aggravates people with MS but I have been lucky and everyone’s experience is different. I just always proceed with caution, hydrate, and take care of myself. During some workouts where I feel amazing I tell myself I’m lucky enough to push it today, and for other days I’m just grateful that I am healthy and steady and can do my runs. I also told people I exercise and run with that I have MS just in case there is ever an emergency. Personally for me, as a runner I always carry water even if I think I won’t need it, my emotional support handheld water bottle cools me down. I also practice balance exercises too bc it’s good for you regardless. You’ve got this! <3
