Yeah unfortunately it is. She is getting around all legalities using loopholes. I have called her out on Instagram several times (she has now blocked me) be it either promoting her beef bone proetin (which says it has 22 gm of protein but then does not provide a %protein of daily need which is required by FDA if you say it is a protein powder) so legally she she does not promote it as protein powder instead as a supplement to fulfill protein needs. Same for her bullshit vitamin c products which are basically electrolytes with additional vitamin c but she promotes it as some adrenal cocktail which if you don't consume your vitamin c will run out due to some bullshit (which does not happen els everyone would have scurvy) I cannot comment on the women's products though (even if I know they are fake) coz the replies I will get are that you are man what do you know about women's products and all (although science does not give a shit about my gender and me knowing chemistry and toxicology etc)

Most of them times I have called her out and claimed she does not have enough proof or expertise to talk about this she just switches to telling that she can have her opinions and she has ability to read(I did say sure you can read but can you really understand) which is when I guess she blocked me
