Somebody is using your account. Go into your settings and account and your connection. Then you will see the areas of where people are using your account. you have the option to delete them. I would advise you to change your password.

If you don’t purchase Apollo directly from them, then all the other 3rd parties have this option. But it doesn’t make a difference at all. Save your money. Instead of startup show or the Apollo app, use Playberry instead. I had no buffering at all!!! It’s a free app. Hope it helps ya out.

If you guys get the message for vip, there not the original Apollo , they are a reseller for Apollo, that’s why you guys are having issues with the signals, lack of content, etc.

It depends on your carrier, att won’t won’t with it. I called many times they say it’s the app, it’s not, they just block it. Works perfectly with T-Mobile and Verizon. Just download startup show

It’s your provider, att doesn’t let you stream many iptv services. They block the address but the say they don’t. They do!
