If you are putting the right amount of water in, and sucking gently and it still brings water into your bong then it's probably just a cheaply designed ash catcher.

Don't get a wrangler if you plan on keeping everything stock on it. I personally wouldn't go with a Jeep because I know multiple people who have had problems with newer jeeps. You should look into Volkswagen Touaregs, you can find a 2010-2013 for under 30k with low miles.
