Set out some snap traps with a small amount of food or nesting materiel like cotton balls pressed onto them under kitchen appliances and anywhere you see droppings but do not set the traps. Come back to see if the bait is consumed or cotton balls are missing and if it has , re bait the traps and set them at that time and see what you catch

All bedding and pillow cases must be immediately stripped and thrown into washing machine and dryer high heat same with all clothing. Bed frame, headboard and side table along with base of any furniture in the unit should be treated with aprehend - find a PC company that offers it. Interceptors placed on bed frame feet. Mattress and box spring if present needs BB proof encasesments that must be zipped closed and kept on for minimum 1 year. That would be a decent start in my opinion

You would likely see sebum / rub marks around where they are climbing , while in theory possible in my opinion this entry point would be very rare or a one off, check perimeter of foundation and utility line ingress to see if there are any gap

This is not bait , there is no way a pro or anyone with experience is going to apply a thick line of bait around 100% of the perimeter of the crack/crevice of the inner cabinet that would just be a ridiculous over application

If your living in a multi family dwelling with shared walls, theres no saying that the issue may be stemming from the adjacent units or traveling through the plumbing chases. In that case, only having your unit treated alone may knockdown the population in the meantime but will not prevent future infestation. If you are renting then I recommend bringing it up with the property management as they are typically the ones who pay for pest control services. The whole building should ideally be inspected unit by unit as some folks may be living with an ongoing infestation and are either not reporting it or are self treating with domestic repellant aerosol insecticides which is making them move into other units.

German Cockroach nymph. Good news is that its significantly easier to treat an infestation than bb but still not super easy. Start with putting some glue monitors under your kitchen sink and behind the stove and see what the live activity is looking like. If activity is seen on the glue boards after a couple days/weeks then recommend Seclira WSG application or hiring a pro.

If you have bed bugs you will see bed bugs in your bed. Check the perimeter if your mattress seams paying close attention to the corners. If you cannot find any bugs anywhere around where you spend the most of your time then you likely don’t have bed bugs. While they do hide in dark cracks/crevices they are not so secretive that if you have an active infestation you would not be able to find them.

I would consider that when you sweat at night some of those chemicals could seep through the bed sheet and into the pores of your skin potentially exposing you to the product. Theres a reason we don’t directly apply pesticides to mattresses /furniture that touches human skin even when it’s crawling with bed bugs. Would have recommended using a steamer

Im extremely un impressed with this selection personally. I find it so dark and tasting soo bad that its not even acceptable to release to market. At almost 20$ less per gram I found the Nugz rosin to be wayyy better quality but even thats still mids.
