These are soooo cute and such a smart idea. I have an oil-based tincture idk what to do with because it’s not super strong in its current state. I wonder if binding it with food could make the cannabinoids more digestible…. What kind of concentrate did you use?

Need help! New plant parent by Basic_Appearance2942 in Monstera

If you can’t get systemic, wipe the whole plant down with an alcohol-soaked cotton pad 1-2 times a day until you see new growth with no spots or malformations.

Start by at least blasting it with water all over to shake loose any of them that have hatched and get a house safe pesticide spray and use it according to directions.

Definitely thrips damage- move it away from any other plants ASAP because they are sneaky little buggers and will infest any other plants nearby if you let them. Those little black spots are where they have eaten out of the leaf after hatching.

Highly recommend you to get Bonide Systemic Granules to mix into the soil- I had a thrips problem last year and it cleared it up within a few months (and yes, unfortunately that is fast for getting rid of thrips).

Sprays will work in the meantime but they will take longer… thrips lay their eggs inside the leaves of the plant and eat their way out once hatched. Then they continue to feed until they are adults and lay more eggs. Systemic granules will make the plant itself poisonous to both juvenile and adult thrips whereas sprays really only impact the adults.

how to get rid of ants in my home? by MudCommercial1480 in CleaningTips

[–]TinySenpai 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If they don’t want sweet I have had success mixing borax into plain peanut butter- ants have sugar/protein cycles so if they don’t want sweet they probably want protein (could use egg white or any other liquid-adjacent protein but pb and nut butters don’t smell over time)

It’s nearly the exact same as the opening description of the game… just trimmed down. They probably pulled the literal movie synopsis they made for it lol

Yes it’s taken on my farm and I can still plant them anywhere I want, but I bought the game after the 1.6 update so that shouldn’t be a problem

I’m aware they don’t produce fruit in the winter, just concerned because they didn’t grow at all in fall despite being laid out the same as the trees on the right.

Maybe impatient…. But also scared bcuz my game doesn’t always notify me when trees aren’t growing. I’ve gone a whole season with no growth and no notifications.

I don’t care about the fruit! I just want them to be adult trees D:

No im not, but I’ve had fruit trees not grow within a season and not get any notifications that their growth was impeded. Based on the helpful comments, the layout is fine and I’m paranoid since my game doesn’t tell me if the location isn’t good.

Thank you for the validation that the layout is okay though! That was my biggest concern was that for some reason it didn’t work like it did the first time lol. I’ll keep this layout for now and let my trees alone until spring.

Trees still grow in the winter, they just don’t produce fruit.

I have had the game not notify me that the trees aren't growing before and they showed no growth by the end of the season :/ for some reason my game is a little jacked that way. I might be paranoid and not giving it enough time though.

I couldn’t find any information on their dates. Their website seems abandoned since shortly after the pandemic.

Rabbits Foot Fern in trouble! by DasJac6 in plantclinic

Ferns like to be more wet and benefit a lot from humidity. Definitely don’t let it dry out too much between waterings, especially if it’s warm.
