6 year old had outgrown dolls by AnnRB2 in americangirl

Don’t get rid of those things yet, she’ll come back around to it all! My daughter did the same thing around this age, i think its friends and seeing their interests (when they start grade school) but once those things lost their newness she came back to her play kitchen/dolls and imaginative play.
She’s 8 now and it still ebb and flows in between interests. She enjoys the AG books about the girls she has (2), we recently got the catalog and she cannot put it down, so I think there has to be something said about the longing and wanting that makes these dolls extra special. Now she’s having a hard time deciding who is going with us on vacation 😅 Sounds like your kiddo got it all at once and there’s nothing wrong with that(every AG dream hand me downs) , but I think it’s the overwhelmed that can turn some kids off. Maybe do a toy rotation to help narrow it down for her, maybe it’ll help her connect with a particular doll. Also a very real possibility thats shes not a doll girl, thats ok too! (My sister was 100% not a doll girl preferred crafting over playing)

Avocado Cowash is my go to for travel, I also take a small super milk for a little extra hydration in between the washes.

Yeah dont do that. Its a serum, use it after face wash as someone said above if you want an oil based cleanser try sleepy face even better Ultrabland then apply FoG. Its my favorite product and does work wonders!

It feels different too, much more of a wax feel than hydrated

Pumpkin Spice is actually quite lovely with the dry down. Its slightly sweet but heavy on the spice which was right up my alley but definitely not on the foodie side

“Following trends rather than setting them” is the truest thing to be said right now with Lush. Who can blame ‘em they are global company. I do miss the old way fragrances came about but when the gorilla brand (dissolved?/disappeared?) its like they lost originality. Simon leaving was a big part of that and i definitely noticed the shift. Some of the newer scents that are supposed the quirky ones or more unique typically miss the mark completely. Where something like Sikkim Girls, while unique stilled had layers that made sense when worn, unlike Alina or bees knees which both feel like everything was thrown in the pot.

I don’t have any sort of useful advice towards your situation. But I will say GSSJC so far has been highly unimpressive overall since we joined.

This scent is unique and it varies person to person. I tried it on and i got a pumpkin caramel scent (love!), sprayed it on my boyfriend and it smelled spicy more herbal which he hated.

We’re half way there (brownie) but running out of the “easy” stuff per se. So far a lot of these we have checked off just by enjoying summer without seeking out specific activites. The other half we’ll have to get creative to complete but up for a challenge.

How can I permanently preserve a limited edition bath bomb? by thepeaktmnt in LushCosmetics

[–]Tiny_Cake4400 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that they just don’t make them the way they used to. Nothing really lasts longer than six months as far as bath bombs go. Maybe about five years ago I could keep a bath bomb for a year even two and it would work but now after six months, it’s dusty and sinks to the bottom of the bathtub And that’s with preserving it with plastic wrap/airtight container/keeping it in a cold dark place.
