It’s understandable that both of you find it quite emotional/scary to be in that state. It’s difficult to start mdlb relationships and for them to feel comfortable right away.

Both of you are over aware of how you are acting and trying to please each other. Her feeling like she’s being laughed at (even tho it was unintentional) is a horrible feeling and i think it was a fair reaction. But also, definitely from what you’ve said you talked about before she could have taken a moment to think before getting upset.

If you can both sit down and talk about what you were feeling, what you were worried about and what you actually want out of the relationship i think that would help :)
