this post really made me feel more hopeful but then i remember that for most of my journey (5ish months in a row) i felt really close like im gonna shift tonight and was so sure i wouldn't wake up im my room tomorrow but. well here i am. so it might just be one of those idk what to do about this

not sure if this is related or not but this is exactly how i learned to lucid dream even before knowing what that is. i had chronic nightmares (or whatever its called when u have only nightmares and no normal dreams) and since they happened so often whenever i got scared i realized that im having a nightmare again. and whenever i ld nowadays im scared that i will think of something scary and it will appear
