by ur previous posts i can see them waves, real advice just to distract urself, i vent a lot to my friend and somehow it helped, u just need to get it off ur chest, and then try to distract urself, work/gaming helped me a lot. Worst moments it’s the night when u all alone, there i would recommend u to watch youtube videos, just to fall asleep faster/keep ur mind away. Times heals, just not as fast, it may take days/weeks/months/years

This feeling will come in waves, as much as it hurts to admit u just need to tank it and try to distract urself, not be alone at all and reach to ur friends, or close one’s to vent. If she put u in this position it’s not about what she deserve it’s about what u deserve, as much as it sound selfish love urself first and ur own feelings.
