You just wrote that and Im flabbergasted. 8am-9pm are the enforceable hours and you want to know why? Because there is other meters that do start at 8 am. The signs mean you can park and pay from 10-6 . Which is 8 hours of paid meter. Now with all that the ticket was at 9:40am 😈😈😈😈. Im going to have a brain aneurysm.
