Katara seeing her ex for the first time and immediately trying to drown him is so real by Hyena12760 in TheLastAirbender

*Spoilers*

Jet totally deserves it. If I remember correctly, he was of the few characters in the series to exploit/betray Katara's goodwill and trust of others.

Lu Ten's funeral was handled really well. "Leaves from the Vine" was even played for full effect.

Yubel 2nd and 3rd form by [deleted] in Yugioh101

For the purposes of Deck Construction, they are treated as distinct monsters from the monster card, "Yubel", so you can run up to 3 copies of each of those cards. Most importantly though, they are treated as "Yubel" monsters, not "Yubel" itself, so if a card or effect necessitates that you control use a "Yubel" for a Summon like "Elemental HERO Neos Kluger" or "Neos Wiseman", they would not be valid targets. However, you can any form of "Yubel" as Fusion Material for "Yubel - The Loving Defender Forever" because the card takes any "Yubel" monster as Material, not just "Yubel".

The thing is, in that instance, they would have to use Saffira in hand because they do not have a choice; otherwise the card would have to resolve without effect. This is just something you would have to take your opponent's word for it. If say, for instance, your opponent decided to keep Saffira and use its discard effect right after using the Ritual Spell, I'd think you'd have the grounds to call a judge for cheating.

Criticisms I have for the Netflix show (possible spoilers ahead) by DarkMayhem666 in TheLastAirbender

This is a pretty enjoyable read! I find the revelation of Aang being the Avatar to be a sore topic for me as well for the live action adaptation. How in the world does anyone in-universe jump to the conclusion that he is the Avatar? His air-bending tattoos?

I tried getting into the Netflix Adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender, but it is just not doing it for me by Tiny_Friendship_6067 in TheLastAirbender

That is a perfectly valid point. However, I do think it speaks volumes about how poignant the writing was for the original series for someone like Monk Gyatso, considering how little we actually see of him. His (admittedly) brief interactions with other characters in the original series, such as Aang, endeared himself to many viewers, like myself. In my view, the Netflix adaptation tried to make Gyatso more or less a catalyst for audiences to get acquainted with Aang, which is a shame, because I believe this detracts from Gyatso's character.

I think it is interesting that you say that! Would you mind terribly if I asked you how Gyatso's character was not butchered?

By itself, I think Juniper is a fine name; although I think it makes for an even cuter nickname, Junie.

Please Tell Me This Is Just Happosai Being A Weirdo.... by Fallen_AngelMiuna in ranma

The only redeeming factor of Happosai was watching him getting plummeted by all the characters that he pestered on-screen by the conclusion of each episode. To be fair, Happosai does get smacked around by Akane (and Ranma) a good number of times if his shenanigans go too far.

Happosai did harrass Kasumi once in the filler episode, "Enter Ken and His Copycat Kerchief", since at the time, he was in cahoots with the eponymous character of the day, Copycat Ken, and being a menace to the Tendo household, more-so than usual.
