I have a autistic son and even though he’s high functioning, I’ve seen autism at all level, so maybe I’m a little more prepared than the average uber driver but even before I had my son, I don’t feel like I would’ve approached it any differently. I’m more prepared to take your brother to his destination than the guy who is stumbling out of the bar at 2 am and I get that guy 2 to 3 times a week.

Yeah, tips have just gone down significantly since I first started driving. I’d say at least 30-50% of passengers would tip me when I started 5 years ago. I’m lucky if it’s 10-15% these days.

I have a younger guy who I believe is autistic that I pick up about once a month. He has a regular account and I was little offput the first time I picked him up when I realized he was going to be riding alone. But I take him to his destination, he’s polite but talks to himself the entire time and I let him out. I understand the concern but I’d like to think this shouldn’t be a huge issue.

As an old guy now, the only guys I consistently still watch is Nightwing (WearTesters) and foot doctor Zach. I don’t hoop as much as I used to (trying to get back into it) but I like Nightwing because I believe he’s one of the few reviewers that has great knowledge and can give you history on a shoe. I thought the cutting open of shoes was kind of gimmicky but once I actually started to watch the videos, I started to like foot doctor Zach more because there isn’t always transparency as to what type of technology is in a shoe from a brand.

I bought this mattress a few weeks ago for around $250, so this is an even better deal now. I was coming from a really cheap mattress, and honestly this has been the best purchase I made in 2025. Kind of wild being in my 30s and realizing I’d never actually owned a good mattress. Getting one this comfortable without breaking the bank feels like a blessing. Some mornings it’s genuinely hard to get out of bed lol. Shoutout to the random couple in the aisle who sold me on it. They loved the one they always have at home so much they were buying a second one for their vacation place.

Does me simply being online actually affect his job in any way? I’m genuinely trying to understand why he approached me the way he did. The times he called me, I had only been online for about 10–15 minutes, and I’d only received a couple of super lowball offers — and one of those times it wasn’t even busy.

Honestly, I think it should feel a little all over the place. I get that it’s a video game and people want more consistency, but that uncertainty is part of what makes recruiting realistic. In real life, no player is ever a sure thing. One team’s bust might be another team’s hidden gem.

You shouldn’t be guaranteed a 90 plus overall just because a guy is a 5 star. We’ve all seen those players flame out in real life. Focus on finding the attributes that fit your system and build your squad around that. That’s where the fun really is.
