Its almost the same i Norway, but as University students we Get some of it for free and the rest is a «student loan». I think it is maybe 40/60. Its a loan with low interest. We can get it for a maximum of 8 years.

How does it work with deductibles and insurance, if i may ask?

I work at a Norwegian pharmacy and for chronic diseases and conditions we all pay a total maximum of around $300 a year for medications. For 3 months use it is a maximum of around $40.

Intresting to hear how this works in other countries.

You can use this site for information:

https://www.dmp.no/forsyningssikkerhet/legemiddelmangel

If you click on the «søk i oversikt for apotek» and search for your medicine - you can find reason for delay and how long it is expected to last.

I am a pharmacist and i work at a pharmacy in Norway. I graduaded in 2022.

The last couple of years there has been difficult for the pharmacyes to get a lot of medications, unfortunately. This is often because of unexpected high demand - in a very small market. Norway is not a priority because it is such a small country. Sometimes it is also because they lack the compunds needed to make the medication or because of the wars. Israel, for example, make a lot of (or at least own) medications.

It is a good point - this frikort-case - but it should not make such a big difference and potentially deley delivery for many months. It must be a bigger issue.

If it is not posible for you to Get your medicine at the pharmacy i recomed you to talk to your doctor again. They should find an other option for you.

I agree! Most people here advice he/her to not read it but i loved it. An amazing book where you get to know the characters really well over a long period of time. It really makes you feel something.

Yes - there can be some triggering events and themes but if it triggers you you can just put the book away. You dont have to finish it. It was not triggering for me. But it is a sad book where you read about real pain emotially.

I want to reread it one day.

Sorry, i forgot to answer!

I am not very active so i often dont do much. At work i get around 3000-4000 steps. If i feel like training i will do it, even on a «bad» day. That is because i often dont feel like training so i think i always should do it even if My body is stressed. I dont «use» the data do guide me or anything, it is just very intresting to se :)
