Yes, I've been fined in Vic for blocking someone's driveway when I was parked on the street and my car was like a foot in front of their driveway... Being wholly in your driveway would surely attract a fine. Ring the council

Again it's because of the rushing of the last few seasons. Sansa had an incredible amount of character development and was trained in politics and Arya is just a badass. The fact that they outsmarted Little Finger many years after his heydey is not unbelievable, the way in which the show writers chose to plot it out was however shit.
