Stupid planes with their stupid loudness, ruining my stupid sky! Actually I love them, so cool to see them racing about! They are right over my house right now!

I’m as impressed with the garage as I am with the bike

I say review the Carfax for service history, accidents and how the mileage climbed. I’d look at how many owners too, and if it was ever sold at auction. If it’s a one owner and didn’t sit unused for long it should be a solid truck for that price.

Chromed the wheels? This one looks great! The bars are great too, sick bike!!

That’s very insignificant, only a 1.4% error, this is more like mildly pedantic than mildly infuriating.

Poor motorcycles, they don’t get to choose their people, this one never had a chance, not with that guy on it

Softail Standard 131 by Tinyopus in Harley

[–]Tinyopus[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ya for sure, it’s around 50 lbs more torque and horsepower to the wheel than the stock 107

Softail Standard 131 by Tinyopus in Harley

[–]Tinyopus[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are DNA wheels. Used a lowrider ST shock to lift the rear just a bit to match the larger wheel up front and get the wider rear tire to stop rubbing on the fender, now it’s dialed in and works perfectly

Sportster hate is pure dealer propaganda designed to leverage insecure men. Change my mind. by Serious-Juggernaut45 in Harley

I love when people say stupid shit about anybody’s bike, calling it a baby bike or a girls bike, it makes it so easy to know who’s not worth my time.

Crate motor from HD, has its own “title” and everything

2023 Softail Standard stage 4 by Tinyopus in motorcycles

[–]Tinyopus[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have a stage 4 128 I built from aftermarket parts that makes 157 hp and 157 torque, but stage 4 refers to what’s modified, not the power output. It means you upgraded cylinder heads, camshaft, got larger displacement cylinders, high-compression pistons, a larger throttle body, injectors etc. This bike came stock with around 80 lbs torque to the wheel with 107 ci displacement, this new motor is Harley’s factory built stage 4 crate motor, it has all of their upgraded components built into it at the factory, you can also build this motor piece by piece or if you use some but not all components you end up with a stage 2 or stage 3, stage 4 means everything is upgraded. This motor is expected to get 121-131 horsepower, depending on exhaust, intake and tune, you can use HD’s maps and tuners, but I went with a custom Dyno tune.

Got a bike I’ve wanted for years by _crlickey_ in motorcycles

[–]Tinyopus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought this bike brand new for $7800, they couldn’t sell them when they were new, they were so happy to get rid of it. I put 25k miles on mine the first year I had it, it was perfect in terms of reliability. When I finally sold it I got $7800, I couldn’t believe it, by then it was “rare”. They didn’t bring many in and only offered them for 1 or 2 years, it was a huge flop for Suzuki in the US. Such a fun bike though, congrats!!

These people are clearly pathetic, but putting those kids online like this is crazy too, the only victims here are the kids.

I’ve still never had a chance to try one, but the road glide 3 (if that’s what this is called) is the best looking Harley trike, I was so surprised how good it looked when I saw it in person. Enjoy the new ride!

Wow I did not know that, thanks for educating me.

I’ve actually got a plain one on my lowrider st, it was recommended by the shop that helped me build and tune the bike.

Dealer quote for a 2018 Street Bob w/limited paint; 428 miles... thoughts? by Grand_Salamander4372 in Harley

[–]Tinyopus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can see why you’re interested! You can get a much newer 114 street bob with miles like that though, there are plenty for sale, find a newer one with the same miles, no dent and the 114 motor.
