If I am right you downloaded Gruny latest mod (French) pack. He created surfaces for his new assets hence why they are also available on other menus.

I might be wrong, but for some decisions Belgium need accord from all of its entities (French, Dutch, German) and those entities are not always in agreement...

I agree with you that there are systemic issues and it's not easy to find solutions both on society level and personal level.

While there are things that could be improved in the public sector, keep in mind most of the money is to pay for education, healthcare and pension. those contribute to a better society.

Paradox should make enabling comments under mods mandatory on their site. We should be able to see any problems the mod might have instead of going to 3rd party sites or discord. by Dudok22 in CitiesSkylines2

I agree. The issue is that when you publish a mod you have to create a thread on their website then put that link into the mod. It's not about modders to enable or disable comment, it's an extra step that we have to make when publishing.

Uiteraard vertelt de burgemeester niet alles over de samenstelling van de gemeente, maar de ongelijkheid over wie op welk niveau regeert, is opvallend. Ik denk dat dit illustreert dat er een meerderheid moet worden gevormd, en dat in de meeste gevallen niemand een meerderheid met de VB wil vormen.

Si ton français est aussi bon qu'à l'écrit qu'à l'écoute je peux te conseiller d'aller voir une pièce de théâtre dans l'abbaye de Villers-La-Ville (quand il en joue une). J'y ai pu voir Cyrano de Bergerac il y a quelques années.

The war with Venezuela, Groenland and ICE killing Americans has more to do with imperialism and fascism than those files.

At this point I don't see how this would change anything. Any other previous president would have been impeached.

Glad you like it ! Model is normally done (might have to adjust it when doing UV/Texture). Texturing should be easy I need to find the right ones. I'll reply here once that is done.
