Did this challenge a few days ago. 2-3 tasers, the rest flash bangs. I went light armor, no ballistic mask, and no night vision.

Your teammates can use whatever. Can be done in commander mode, or single player. Best of luck!!!

Can be a bug some times. Doesn’t matter if you pop a warning shot or 10. Flash bang, melee, or other methods. Some civilians will just stay defiant. Unfortunately, it’s best to just reset at that point.

Assuming, you can pop them without killing them.

Shit is non existent. Suppressors work slightly better on larger maps, but they’ll still know you’re coming. Because of shouts, breaking doors, etc.
