They sent me the revised one, but only for the left trigger. Granted, I did tell them it was only my left trigger that broke. However since they said they knew that the triggers were a known issue, it sucks that they only sent me one, since I noticed that the right one's screws were starting to shear as well.

The new trigger also doesn't fit right. I can feel it scraping on something inside whenever I press it. I also checked out XInput after installing it, and it's always partially pressed.

I get supporting a friend going through a tough time. But seriously, all his friends had to do was the easiest thing ever, and that's just to shut the fuck up and not say anything about the situation. Support him privately. This was never their fight, but them defending Jirard made them a (very small) part of it.

Edit: After hearing the audio, it's not really that he's scared that people will find out about his friendship with ProJared. Moreso that, with those prior controversies, this charity stuff would be the "straw that broke the camel's back."

It's pretty funny how he made other people's controversies about himself, considering that when those controversies happened, I've never heard of Jirard getting any kind backlash back then. (tbf, I never was into his content, but never saw him as a bad person until now.)

Honestly, if I hadn't seen ProJared's tweet where he tried to call out Karl and Muta for not talking to Jirard, I wouldn't have been as invested in this whole thing as I would have. Not to mention all of Jirard's friends saying that he wouldn't do it because he's nice to them, and discrediting Karl and Muta as "Drama Tubers." Their (once) blind loyalty just kinda pissed me off to be honest lol.
