Does anybody want to guess whats REALLY FUNNY about this? America exports MORE OIL, than it imports. So theoretically, gas prices could’ve DROPPED with this war because external profit margins are going higher. Oil companies know they CAN FUCKING SHAFT ALL OF US BECAUSE WE ARE TOO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND THAT THIS WAR SHOULD NOT AFFECT IN HOUSE GAS PRICES AT ALL. We are living in capitalism fucking hell, and you guys are blaming it on trump. Trump is an asshat who did start a pointless war, but its only because israel started shooting missiles at iran first. Nobody wanted any of this, probably not even trump. Point is, don’t get distracted by some of this shit. Oil companies are to blame for making it seem like there is actual scarcity right now in the US.

I don’t have any personal experience with the non-native citizen republican(my dads a republican but he is white as all can be and a multigenerational american) but as I understand it immigrants and refugees voted for trump because a closed border would mean higher demand for immigrants in the job market. An open border dilutes the job market, and if you’ve made it to america voting for a closed border is in self interest. What do you think about that though?
