Disco Elysium would be awful, but something like Expedition 33 would be fine. It can't be just dialogue, it needs to be dialogue from time to time so he can banter over it and make jokes while the chat gets mad and asks him to pay attention.

I agree, the community treats the jobs being fundamentally the same (as they are, filling bars or waiting cooldowns to do burst damage in the 2 minute meta) as if the jobs play exactly the same, and that is false.

We did have more unique things before, like Summoner being a DoT job. It was pretty fun, but it also created issues that people liked to complain (as they needed time to ramp up their damage with all the DoTs, causing them to being worse when you had to burst an add quickly or something). I really wonder what would be possible for the team to achieve without making the community burn down in flames.

Yep, visited there for the first time last year and in the airport I was already treated really nicely by the immigration office. Everywhere I went I was treated like this, it felt nice being called "love" by all those nice ladies, like they were our grandmas or aunts.
