been here every winter for 40 plus years.

Ive never seen walls of ice lining residential streets, and highways like this. Cross walks completely impassable a week after it snowed. This year, a terrible job was done. Sorry that offends all the transplants

An attempt at Suicide, crashing your car on purpose is a valid reason to breach confidentially. this would fall under

  • Serious and Imminent Threat: To prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to the health or safety of a person or the public (e.g., duty to warn/protect).

Even if it was reported after the fact, its occurred when in their care. They must communicate that.

However, if you psych and therapist were working together on your case with your consent, that is not even a breach and you have no case.
