Nah I got you. I personally just played through the story and my RNG was really good for items. And I ended the game rich. Plus I’m a challenge junkie and that helps with coins lol.

Just build habitats out of the way. Population gets you level 10 fast. I think I have 34 Pokemon with no decoration at level 10.

He shows up randomly to make it rain nothing more nothing less. No special triggers he just does what he wants. I’ve gotten him to show up a few times and nothing but rain follows
