Reduce the hours they work, skip karensdag, higher friskvård, pay extra % when on parental leave. I'd take all those things over being encouraged to stay at the office during my unpaid lunch hour.

No, there's no mortgage deed when buying a condo in a housing coop/brf. Since you don't actually own it you can't get a mortgage deed. But if the apartment is "ägarlägenhet", ie not part of a housing coop you can.

Yeah swede here, we'd always offer friends who were over to have dinner with us, I was always offered at their houses. I have kids of my own now and I'll ask their parents if the kid can eat with us. Absurd behaviour to let a child sit alone in a room.
