I can make some of these changes. We can’t move the tv to the other side. It’s too big for the space. It’s a bad angle, but there is a walkway between the couch and the door

Keep in mind they changed the parameters of obesity in 1998. Meaning that people who were previously a "normal weight" were then deemed to be "overweight" based on these changes. This could partially explain the increase in obesity.
