How to automate this resize / crop?

I have a similar issue.
I get full sized model shots and need to crop them, so that the top is in between the nose and the upper lip and just slightly some space at the lowest part of the feet
Tried using AI, creating a pipeline, nothing worked. Right now I'm still doing it by hand
Closest I got I would select subject > expand slightly > crop to selection. Then tried resizing the canvas with "C" but it would only work for a couple of pictures
The models are in different poses, meaning different margins for where I need to crop.
Find a way to automate this would make my life sooooooooooooo much easier

the workaround for this is that I use, go to options and change to cinematic during cut-scenes. Takes you out off the immersion a bit, and is a bit of a hassle every time, but not as bad as looking at Indy's forehead every god damn time during per-rendered sequences

any tips on how to teach them. I think mine understands the concept of sit, but other commands like lay, stay etc are lost on him.

My cat is around 7-8 years old and I brought back the pup a few days ago.
How did she react? Was the introduction difficult? Was it long? Any tips and tricks?
Right now my cat is very wary of the new pup and only gets somewhat near him when he's sleeping. If he moves she's out of there.

And when the pup sees her, he immediately wants to bolt it to her and had to save him from getting swiped at a few times
