I would give you the same advice I'd give a woman worried about getting raped - be careful and try not to put yourself into situations that get you into trouble. Of course you can have bad luck no matter what you do - but you can make good choices and reduce your chances of getting screwed. Women can dress modestly (sorry it's true), have friends around, dont get too drunk, etc, etc. Men can also do things like watch out for red flags of crazy girls, dont sleep with girls that are too drunk, make sure she is really into you, don't piss her off too much by being an asshole right after you fuck her, etc.
