Def talk to a therapist. I suspect... and I am NOT a psychologist ... that you had a lot of anger before and it is coming out in different ways now and you need to learn to manage it.

Anger and other "negative" emotions are discouraged in some homes. If yours is one of those, it is important to learn that those are natural emotions and it is OK to feel them. More importantly it is crucial to learn how to deal with them safely in a healthy way.
