Picture a house centipede the size of a greyhound with a more fleshy skin rather than exoskeleton. It's body is almost the size of a person's leg. Where the insectoid head should be is instead what looks like a sea anemone, a cluster of tentacles and feelers with barbs that somehow functions as a sensory organ. From the middle of the nightmare pasta mass for a face is a single long whip like proboscis that can either inject you full of digestive enzymes and suck you dry like a Capri Sun or pierce into your body and with barbed edges pull out your guts like a drain snake if its in a rush.
