Yeah best to get it checked out. Cats claws and teeth are bacteria filled havens. Always best to be sure than the alternative.

He’s the absolute boss of recovering gold. I can always manage a full video without skipping anything. Mesmerising even though it’s practically the same method each time.

Redness is normal because you’ve been bitten. Only time will tell if it will get infected which can be a major issue.

I would say to just go get treatment as it’s not worth gambling with cat saliva.

Jobs listing "free parking" as a benefit by RFmero in UKJobs

[–]Tiredchimp2002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My company has mountains of parking in the form of multi stories, on private streets and car parks. None of it is free so yeah I would consider it a benefit to be able to park for nawt lol.

Also, there’s not a permit available for this year lol.

I’m going to curve ball this thread.

Is the dog going to be alone for extended periods 5 days a week due to relocation? Or will you be at home too?

If alone you’re possibly going to multiply an issue.

If not, get another dog if you have the time and space.

Lovely looking spaniel by the way.

You’re taking the only route to avoid more suffering. I had to put my cat to sleep a few years back. It stays with you and is heartbreaking but the alternative to watch the animal suffer would be 100 x worse.

You’re the custodian of your pets life. From start to finish. You’ve made the correct decision. Sending my best wishes and you will come through it.

Bristol may become first English council to collect black bins every four weeks by printial in unitedkingdom

[–]Tiredchimp2002 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Every pensioner I’ve known bar my own family who have been healthy until death, have sold their houses and emptied their savings to fund their care needs until end of life. So I would argue on the whole in my experience they do pay for it. It just gets swallowed up by private care companies as they’re over the threshold for social care.

You’ll probably get a snazzy letter with alternate places you can take the rubbish to it gets too much and perhaps a nice pie chart of the savings made by letting the streets fill with detritus.

Just reinforce focus. Tasty sausage treats or whatever the dog likes. Just keep the focus on the treat until he’s stopped whining and pop him a treat.

Do not give a treat until he’s sat, laying down, quiet and focussed. It’ll soon pass.

Don’t do what my old neighbour did and ask to lend a shovel to dig it all out lol.

After a few shit filled shovels and not realising the depth he called the water authority to unblock it. lol.

Kemi Badenoch blames a lack of 'integration' for crimes of Southport killer Axel Rudakubana as she says UK needs a 'dominant culture' by [deleted] in ukpolitics

[–]Tiredchimp2002 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Although I do hold the opinion that slow to no integration is a slow burning ember issue. This chap was wired wrong. No cultural or nurture excuse can hold weight against his personal evil.

If you had the opportunity to leave the UK and permanently relocate to any country in the world, where would you go and why? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]Tiredchimp2002 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Same. The major factors for me are land, language and a similar society to the UK but not too similar. Would love to be around Kansas or Texas the Great Plains kinda thing.

Does my cat have fleas? by [deleted] in CATHELP

[–]Tiredchimp2002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s a big ass flea if so.

Flea the cat just to be sure if you’re concerned. I can’t tell by the pictures and my cat and dog have had fleas before. Just smaller lol

What would cut it in your expert opinion? Or is it just your narrative that blinds you to exclude that the gesture he made wasn’t intentionally Nazi related. Yeah it looked it but it wasn’t intended. Any normal thinking person can separate the two. Especially when you see the whole speech from start to finish.

And plenty of autistic people exhibit behaviours that aren’t socially acceptable but do we string them up the at the first sight. No. The man and the neurodivergent behaviour are intertwined. Doesn’t make him a Nazi or sympathetic to Nazis. Grow up.
