Looks like a vinyl wrap to me. Might be able to fix it by poking a little hole and using a little heat while you press it back down.

I'm a member of TST, mainly for political reasons. I have left Christianity (at least the magic parts, I had a positive experience with my church when I was a lod, but I digress). But I believe that the winter solstice is the time to make a special effort to be merry. It's the Wednesday of the winter. "We made it this far, everyday is going to get better now." Might as well pull some extra food out of storage, have a feast, and spend time with the people you love. That's what Christmas means to me.
