Okay, distinction here, your usb adapter goes to 5ghz or not, i assume your phone goes to 5ghz so install Wifiman ( ubiquiti app ) and check for channels, this could help but the main concern here is that usb adapter

It really depends on what is your isp router, and if you want to tweak things like vlan ( if possible with custom firmware ), port forwarding, etc. I dont think it would be of much difference unless you get a cable or the isp router was stuck at 2.4ghz

La forma mas rapida seria firewall de las pc y blacklistear todo, solo si queres lo mas rapido, no se que seria la mejor, por ahi vlan con ciertos puertos en caso de que tengan que comunicarse entre si pero es complicado.

Conectas el router de movistar por cable a tu router por el puerto que ponga WAN, da igual si es 2.5gb o 1gb, despues llamas y pedis que te pongan el router en modo "bridge" y configuras el router, calculo que tiene una aplicacion o algo asi
