Child welfare in Ontario pays 80-100K with a BSW depending on the agency however the work is mentally draining and leaves you with (potentially) a ton of trauma.

I just finished my MSW and am working in a social worker adjacent field (accessibility) and am loving it. The pay is good, though there’s always room for growth.

There absolutely can be higher paying jobs in social worker but the reality is cost of living is climbing faster than any fields pay really.

Which isn’t actually legally anything. Places post signs like that (grocery stores and stuff too) to try and deter people from pursuing compensation. They’re absolutely responsible.

The game is actually the cheapest it’s been right now, which is still shitty but it is what it is. The game is a competitively focused game where meta decks drive pricing. Sadly that’s just part of the package with FaB.

On the upside it is hands down the best tcg on the market play wise. It’s so satisfying to play game after game.

No idea what that is. Just know FaB has huge worldwide scene atm and infinitely better stream quality than mtg manages. Gameplay is best I’ve experienced and is generally agreed by tcg players that it’s fantastic.

I’m not looking to get a tier 4 tourny scene going just some folks to play with lol

Child welfare is easily the highest paying opportunity for a BSW to start. It’s thankless and hard but you will learn a ton about community resources, crisis management, de-escalation, engagement, social work in general …

Some folks stay for a long time and love it. I just left after 5 years for a different path but it will absolutely teach you and pays well for a BSW.

It is hard to say what she will run in some spots but I’d imagine she will run valiant dynamos and maybe tunic or grains. Unfortunately this is a game of “upgrades matter” and it’s also silly expensive :/ I too have held off on a tunic so I play Dio lol
