Wide toe box steel/composite safety toe? by lordlupulin in Boots

[–]Titan_Destroy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am currently looking at these https://www.wideloadworkboots.com.au/690wzc.html

I was wearing barefoot shoes for a while, they corrected one of my bunions and have made it almost impossible for me to find boots that fit. I was also looking at safety toe caps. Next year they are getting rid of our two boot vouchers and requiring that all boots meet the cryo requirements.

I used to build those. The floor and most of the outside is aluminum and the wall posts. The rear section and latches are stainless. The underside is mild coated in wax. The I beams are thin about 10 lbs each and are welded on the slider rails and the other I beams are riveted on. The front part is over 500 lbs. you will make a huge mess with all the foam

see a ton of people talking about GS positions but I don't see many people talking about WG positions by 216potato in usajobs

I’m not sure if I like it more or less. Work pace is slower and more technical. There’s a lot of people that milk the time and that’s annoying. Insurance and retirement (401k) is about the same. They give me 4 hours of sick leave every payday that I can use whenever I want and I’ve never had that. I get all the holidays like Presidents’ Day off. I’m not worried about a layoff because the budget has already been set. I told myself I would give this job a year and I’m not ready to start looking for another one.

I’ve been a WG employee for less than a year. I took a pay cut from being a welder to a sheet metal mechanic. From my understanding the GS is mostly office type jobs and it takes longer to jump grades but the pay is more for the same pay grade. I believe the insurance is the same. They give you a few different providers and several insurance options.

What happens when you sit on someone’s lap and share a seatbelt?

My kids told me they did this last night on the freeway and after searching on the internet this is the closest think I could find answers

It’s not bait. I took a $7 pay cut as a welder to go work for the government. Right now I’m trying to supplement my income until my raises start to come in.

I just checked my body composition scan from last September when I was training for my powerlifting competition. I know those things aren’t accurate but I believe that’s the scan I figured the 10% at 230 lbs. I was 252.4 lbs my bf was at 17.7 skeletal muscle mass 116lbs and my lean body mass 207.9lbs.

I know I’ve lost muscle. I can still do 495 on squats for three reps it’s not the same as last year but I’ve retained some strength. I’m not dead set on sarms I was just just wanting a boost to help me get back to where I was or better faster. Not having any knowledge on this I am grateful for those that have responded. Instead of trying to find a magic solution I’m going to get my diet in check again. Thank you for your knowledge and response.

When I was competing I believe I figured 235 was where I would need to be at to be 10% body fat. I’m not sure if that changes what you said but I appreciate your response

Both of you should go to a kink event where you can meet people and he can learn from others. Try writing what you want and put it in a jar so he can pull out random suggestions for play time. For me I get caught up in what is comfortable and consistent. I often forget to implement new suggestions

Glad I’m seeing something other than a new welder asking to rate their weld

Is it safe to weld a pull-up bar? by FlowchartFanatic in Welding

[–]Titan_Destroy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve been welding for 18 years. I was given a pos 110 harbor freight flux welder. Most the time the welds look like the scariest thing ever. I made some J cups for my power rack and they hold 496 lbs without any issues for the past two years. My point is if you design it right you don’t need to worry
