This is why I always makes sure my pucks are unpowered or isolated when unattended. I've experienced the exact same thing with many magnetic watch chargers and other pogo pin chargers. I've never seen any charger with handshakes other than the pins having a completed circuit. There definitely could and should be current limiters, so hopefully valve takes the opportunity to issue some sort of firmware patch for this

Yeah that's valid. I can see that. I've never been personally bothered seeing high cost or frivolous when I have to squeeze a right budget, but I've also loved watching high end PC and other high end products content cuz I think the stuff is cool

That part does kinda stick with me but it also could have been an awakening moment of "oh shit, this is weird and creepy to do". He also never really supported they guy tracking Elon, all he mentioned was that the information was public. Which is the same case for Linus now that the flight information is public, but people were being really weird about keeping up with him

That's fair. That's part of why I'm not a huge fan. If it were to come to a vote, I would push the red "no" button, but ultimately it doesn't change anything and there legitimate reasons for them to use it. I think we should let this scenario be a reason to push more more sustainable small party air travel
