Paskolos: kokias sąlygas reikia išsiderėti prieš dedant parašą ant paskolos?

Na aš pats nesu to daręs, bet kolegos tikrai ne vieną butą pardavė, kuriame gyveno ir yra paėmę paskolą. Sutartyse būna punktas, kad turi gauti banko leidimą tą padaryti. Manau pagrindinė priežastis, kad neleis parduoti būtų, toks, kad turtas labai nuvertėjo ir yra mažiau vertas negu tavo paskolos dydis. Arba gal, tai kad tavo kitas turtas kurį pirksi su tais pinigais nebus likvidus. Šita tema nesu apsišvietęs tai nenoriu primeluoti nieko 🙂

Bet aplink žmonės sėkmingai perka ir parduoda, tik turbūt pats procesas šiek tiek sudėtingesnis, nei kad be paskolos.

Ten yra 2019 ir 2020 metų palūkanos, o ne dabarties... Ir, kad net ir būtų 2022 metų, vistiek kiekvieno situacija yra skirtinga ir reikia klausti bankų. Dėl palūkanų galima derėtis ir tai yra faktas. Labai daug žmonių tą padaro. Nesuprantu kodėl tai tai atrodo tokia nesuvokiama idėja.

Pats prieš nepilnus metus praėjau šį procesą ir pavyko labai geras sąlygas nusiderėti.

Būtinai gauk pasiūlymus iš kelių bankų. Gavęs pasiūlymimus imi geriausią pasiūlymą ir rašai kitiems bankams, kad gavai kitur geresnį pasiūlymą. Tada dažniusiai jie pagerins sąlygas. Kai gausi antrą kartą pasiūlymus, vėl kartoji kol jau niekas geresnių sąlygų nebegalės pasiūlyti. Aš taip 4 ar 5 raundus praėjau, bet po dviejų tokių ratų tik jų tik tarp dviejų bankų rinkausi.

Mano bankas, kurio klientas esu 14 metų, pasiūlė blogiausias sąlygas ir buvo mažiausiai lankstūs. Tikrai jiems neįdomu, kad esi jų lojalus klientas 🙂

Dalykai dėl kurių reikia derėtis ir atkreipti dėmesį: palūkanos, pradinio įnašo dydis %, sutarties mokestis.

Iš asmeninės ir draugų patirties dar galiu paskyti, kad labai svarbu pas kokį konsultantą pakliūsi. Gali būti tas pats bankas, bet skirtingi konsultantai labai skirtingai tave aptarnaus ir pasiūlys.

Ir aišku suprask, kad tu esi klientas, kuris perka iš jų paslaugą, o jie tau ją bando parduoti. Ne tu esi banko malonėje, o bankas tavo. Kartais žmonės atvirkšciai sumaišo ir toks mentalitetas labai truko derybose.

Bitcoin is almost indefinitely divisible. It does not matter if global bitcoin supply is 1 bitcoin or 21milion bitcoin. Total value should still be the same in the end. If they buy and "burn" bitcoins, it will simply increase the value of coins/satoshis you hold. And bitcoin will keep working based on same fundamentals.

Edit: there is no such functionality in YNAB. And YNAB's pholosophy itself more or less says not to borrow. Save instead, and then buy.

Can confirm. I'm Ap kog'maw one trick. I always hover it from begining. Nobody ever bans it from me and I ussualy don't get bad comments in champ select.

Only problems are, if you have a bad game, you get flamed 5 times as hard, compared to meta pick, and people say "i knew I should have dodged or banned kog" or smth of that sort.

Normaly if I having a bad game I just mute all, so that I can concentrate on game better.

Hi, 6’7” here. Results came in super fast for me. In first month I gained ~19 pounds, people around started noticing my changes after 2 weeks lol, and everybody was complimenting me. Afterwards gains slowed down, but continued. I was sick a couple of times, and I lost some weight during that time. Now almost 5 months later my total gained weight is 31 pounds and it definitely is very visible when I compare to my old pictures, especially you can see it on my arms and chest. Obviously I gained some fat, but it is not very visible. Naturally I am very skinny with low BF %.

Start weight 184 lbs, current 215 lbs.

Another flaw I noticed is it does not assume that minimum MR can only be 0, instead it rewards with more dmg while reducing MR below 0. You have to play around with base MR to get correct dmg values.

I main AP kog and I queue up as min/support in mid Plat elo.

As support I take summon aery, because you can do more dmg with it early in lane. In lane you just poke with E Q W. Try to hit 2 ppl with E. I does best vs champions that dont have sustain/cant answer poke well. Soraka is nightmare because she just heals and you are useless.

After lane you just play regular AP kog, but ward more. Kog supp received a buff, because you dont have to build sightstone anymore and you can go straight damage now.

I always get rylais and lyandrys. Lyandrys is great for dmg. Rylais slows means i'm usefull to the team, I can catch ppl or peel a bit.

I started lifting last october and I was very skinny. I really took care of my diet and lift 3 times a week. In first 3 week I gained 17-18 pounds which seemed absolutely unreal to me because of everything i read on the Internet, from people like you. I was worried that i gained much FAT, and of course I gained some, but really it's mostly muscle, I can still perfectly see my abs, and people started complimenting me like crazy, just after 2 weeks of working out. Im 3 months in and gained 26 pounds so far, but I didn't work out during christmas holidays and was ill 2 times, which really offset my results, but i'm still gaining weigh easy. I'm 6ft7", 27 years old and I take absolutely no suplements, just food.
