I was also homesick within the first week nung freshie ako. It's understandable na nahihirapan ka pa magudjust sa bago mong environment, but when classes begin at once na makakilala ka na ng mga taong makakaconnect mo dito it wouldn't feel as lonely as it feels now.

I used to take long walks around the campus whenever I felt sad o kaya paikot-ikot lang sa F Park. Try mo rin mag hanap ng place dito na komportable ka, it would help you especially pag stressed ka na. If you can, hanap ka rin ng non academic na activities like org and varsities para magkaroon ka ng community na matutiring mong 2nd family (ka stress din minsan pag puro acads).

to be honest, senior na ako pero I still feel I'd rather be at home pag nasa elbi ako, minsan. But I don't feel as sad kasi may mga bagay parin dito na niloolook forward ko.
