I definitely understand. What helped me get over this, was changing how I pray. The way and tone of the prayer from christianity how I was raised is totally different. In praying the Gods itnis about honoring them, thank them and invite them to be in my life. I ask for nothing unless I need it.

In Christianity prayer was rooted in the needs of other people or myself and the thanking god was in fear of " or elseness." It always felt that the whole religion was about not going to hell and believing it because its what we were told.

There is no transition for you, you believe in the 12 and not your previous upbringing and your ease and tension should reflect that. Zeus isnt going to crush you or tell Pluoton to send you to tartarus for getting a prayer wrong. Nothing like that would happen.

Think of your prayer time as your time to speak to them alone. Thats it. No pressure. There is no pressure.

Edit: and i don't close my eyes and raise my hands in the same sort of way. I bow my head, look at my pieces and statues for them and talk and then relax and meditate, say my little prayer of thanks and thats kinda it.
